Nasiyatul Aisiyah Activities as Agent of Change for Woman in Purworejo

Nasiyatul Aisiyah in Kutoarjo, Purworejo, Central Java, have intensively gathering on the last Sunday in every month. Sunday, May 27th 2018 at Elementary School of Muhammadiyah Kutoarjo the gathering have been held. Mrs. Menik Widiyati as a speaker of the gathering, delivered about history of Nasiyatul Aisiyah, how to join Nasiyatul Aisiyah also programs of Nasiyatul Aisiyah.

Not just one topic, Mrs. Menik also discussed about PHIWM or Pedoman Hidup Islami Warga Muhammadiyah ( Islamic life guidance of Muhammadiyah’s member), with this material the audience can learn more about religious.

In this gathering, that joined by teachers of Muhammadiyah Kutoarjo Elementary School and English Education students of Purworejo Muhammadiyah University, there is skill training about how to knit. Miss Niken and Miss Dewi are trainer, they are Engish Education student of Purworejo Muhammadiyah University.

“I like this gathering because this gathering have many advantages. For example, we can learn together, get new information, also get new family,” told Mrs. Dewi, one of gathering participant.

All of participants tried to make brooch and bracelet from yarn. In the last agenda, Mrs. Menik as the speaker gave doorprize for six questioner.

“I hope this skill training can be continue,” said Mrs. Dewi when she delivered her speech in front of the audience in the last agenda of gathering.
